Our COVID-19 Response

To our valued customers,

As a response to advice handed out by the World Heath Organisation and the Australian Government, Brew Solutions has made the decision to take every precaution possible to protect our team, families and coffee community, while we continue servicing and maintaining your machines.

We are practicing the best health and hygiene measures to protect our customers, including regular equipment cleaning, hand hygiene and general warehouse cleaning between shifts.

What this means for you

Our technicians will be taking extra precautions whilst out on the road and within the workshop, and our office staff are working remotely with full capacity. We are here for you and on the road like normal for all service work including, break downs, repairs, installs and services.

We will be practising social distancing to minimise contact for our team so ask that when we are on site a distance of 1.5 metres is maintained from our technicians. We understand this isn’t easy in cafe environments so we are happy to accomodate with before and after-hours callouts with new extended working hours between 6am and 6pm, until further notice, any jobs scheduled between these times will be charged at standard callout and labour rates . As always our staff and customers health and safety is our number one priority.

Due to the current environment and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 there will be some minimal delays on incoming parts from our overseas suppliers but this should not effect our day to day services.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you informed with any new updates as they become available.
