Coffee was made with liquid concentrate by an ancient Peruvian process. He got inspired and started to develop and patent The Toddy Cold Brew System. Thus, he was able to create a superior-tasting cup of steaming hot coffee. Compared to hot brewed coffee, this is easier on sensitive stomachs with 67% less acid. Additionally, Toddy System also works perfectly with iced cold coffee. In fact several leading coffee and tea houses have used Toddy to serve their best-selling iced coffee drinks.
