Linea PB

Linea PB was designed by and named in recognition of Piero Bambi, introducing a new level of performance, reliability, and craftsmanship. Piero refined and sharpened the design elements and fine-tuned performance features making Linea Classic a specialty coffee icon. The Linea PB machine features the iconic La Marzocco polished stainless steel body, updated with simplified lines and a lower profile, equipped with exclusive, user friendly interface software giving the baristas direct functional control over boiler temperature, brewing volume, hot water tap does, auto back-flush as well as other options.

The new conical mechanical paddle is the first dual-boiler espresso machine with saturated groups that is inspired by the original mechanical group used on La Marzocco GS. This conical valve system assures progressive control of pressure and water flow through an internal orifice, prior to applying full pressure. The new conical paddle valve is controlling the pre-infusion while the volumetric pump works at full pressure – therefore baristas may perform pre-infusion on one group while the other extracts the coffee. This dynamic system allows baristas to reduce channeling for a more balanced extraction.

A heavy duty workhorse – capturing the past and envisioning the future! Now made available with Auto Brew Ration technology and new conical paddle!

Strada EE

La Marzocco worked with the world’s finest coffee professionals over the course of two years to design an espresso machine. Experts were called “Street Team” where “The Strada”, the italian for “street” was named to honor them. The Street Team input resulted in the most technologically advanced espresso machine that features semi-automatic brewing control, traditional hydraulics and a barista-friendly design. This means a lower profile inviting customer engagement in a cafe setting, while providing baristas with an open, expansive work area, and a design encouraging creativity and customization.

For the first time ever, an espresso machine manufacturer asked the baristas what they wanted.

Strada EP

La Marzocco set out to design the Strada EP (Electronic Paddle) machine that gives baristas full control over the brewing process. Since more coffee roasters began moving towards the direct trade and relationship coffees, we realized the need for a more stable, reliable and versatile machine that enabled them to produce the very best of these coffees.

Strada EP – designed for and by baristas!

  • Creates that perfect expression of a particular single origin coffee as an espresso, and reproduce a flavor profile that may be difficult to attain at a constant 9 bars of pressure.
  • Strada EP 1 Group is equipped with a self-contained 2-liter water tank that makes plumbing optional.
  • Baristas make use of pressure profiling to bring out different flavor components affecting the balance and body of the shot, and produce a rounder, softener espresso that highlights the brightness, sweetness and delicate notes.

Strada EP redefines the reliability, durability and control of espresso machine.

Strada MP

La Marzocco has worked with thirty of the world’s finest coffee professionals to design a coffee machine. The group was called “Street Team” where Steet means “Strada” in Italian. Street Team was able to come up with the most technologically advanced traditional espresso machine that features traditional hydraulics and a barista-friendly design. The canonical valve system ensures progressive control of the pressure and water flow thorugh an internal orifice, before applying full pressure. The new conical paddle valve on the other hand controls the pre-infusion while the volumetric pump is working at full pressure. Baristas then may also perform a pre-infusion on one group while the other group is doing the extraction. This dynamic system allows the barista to reduce channeling for a more balanced extraction.

Strada MP is known to be the most advanced coffee machine that features the traditional La Marzocco technology.
