FULLY CUSTOMISABLE

STYLUS  One is fully customisable and allows you to tailor the machine chassis to perfectly match your café aesthetic. Change the design of the front and barista-side panels to any design, photograph, colour or pattern you like. Simply remove and replace the panels. Choose the colour of your outer and inner body to match to create the ultimate statement piece.  

The only limit is your imagination!

USER CENTRED

Everything is designed with customer experience in mind: the handle allows for easier and stronger grip, the chassis curvature ensures the group is within the Coffee Master line of sight, the machine’s low profile design allows for interaction with the audience.

SUPERIOR TECH

The STYLUS One has the same reliable, quality tech as our NEXUS Pro.

The buttons are designed to be simple and smart: short touch for purges, longer touch latches until pressed again, freeing the Coffee Master’s hands. STYLUS One uses AREMDE’s coveted Smart Hot technology: where the desired hot water temp is achieved using a cold water tempering valve after the boiler to get the temperature desired fast while maintaining boiler efficiency. The lever is thermally insulated to be safe for the Coffee Master to operate and clean.

FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION

The function display presents the essential parameters when needed (shot timer, group and steam temp etc.) everything else is managed by the software in the background. The technology integrated into the group head ensures temperature fluctuation is less than 0.2C. This ensures the perfect coffee extraction every time.

Since everything is about what is going to be in the cup, we ensured it stands out using LED spotlights to complement the experience.

This is the Refund, Repair and Return Policy of Brew Solutions Australia online, and applies
where you make a purchase online from www.brewsolutions.com.au


Change of Mind:
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you
carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit:
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Sales Team as soon as possible. After
reviewing the claim, Brew Solutions Australia will contact you to discuss the options available to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will either arrange for the return of the damaged product for replacement or refund — or a replacement part may be provided where the damage is minor.


Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Delivery Charges
Where Brew Solutions Australia considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee,
any shipping costs to return the goods to Brew Solutions Australia Head Office will be at the cost
of Brew Solutions Australia.

Returns and Repairs:
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to
product and may depend on the type of product you purchased.
If any goods cannot be easily returned to us, due to their size, the fault or because they have
been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact our Service Team on 1300 211
173 and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be
provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the
repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are
assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply.
