The Eureka Mignon Specialita is a great push-to-grind grinder. It’s also great for timed dosing, with shot-to-shot dosing repeatability near 0.1g. This repeatability means that you can throw away the scales. It also has a handy pause function which allows you to remove your portafilter to settle the grind mid dose for completely mess free (no static, no spillage) grinding.
